POSITION OVERVIEW
For our Headquarters in Binningen BL, we are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Assistant to our Trading and Operations Floor.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting and assisting the Chief trader and product / regional managers as required
- Close collaboration with other Assistants
- Travel arrangements and management: flight bookings through travel agents, hotel bookings, visa collection
- Coordinating the team’s travels
- Organization and coordination of international conferences (conference registrations, meeting organization, on the spot support)
- Prepare daily reports
- Prepare power point presentations
- Handling of expenses
- General support to the team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Administrative support experience in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills
- English or German mother tongue with proficiency in the other language, other language skills of advantage
- Service oriented and general open personality
- A self-starter, who can work well under stress
- Proficient with MS Office applications
