Ameropa refinances its main Revolving Credit Facility
Ameropa has successfully signed the refinancing of its main syndicated Revolving Credit Facility. The new USD 600 mio facility was arranged with 16 banks – amongst which most prominently Commerzbank, ING, Rabobank and Unicredit. The funds will be primarily used to refinance the existing revolving facility and will continue to be one of the group’s main sources of working capital. The syndication was substantially oversubscribed, with commitments in excess of USD 830 mio.
