Our Principles

We recognise the right to a safe workplace, just remuneration, freedom of association, personal develop-ment and secure jobs.

We do not reject employment opportunities because of race, nationality, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, political or any other opinion or conviction. Our criteria for hiring are based solely on a person’s ability, motivation and experience for specific tasks within our organisation.

Our compensation structures are based on position, knowledge and industry comparisons. Variable incentives are provided through an annual performance assessment.

Our employment contracts respect local applicable laws with regards to minimum salaries, notice periods, working hours and holidays. We also respect collective agreements, where such contracts are in force.

Major changes within the organisation, such as acquisitions or top management appointments, are communicated to all employees in a timely manner. We take the time to address potential concerns by staff affected by such changes. Whenever possible during a period of change, we strive to maintain or reassign employees, in order to guarantee employment continuity.

We take complaints seriously and give them the necessary attention. We follow due process to ensure that any grievances are dealt with in a fair manner.
