Ameropa invests in two Romanian agricultural distribution companies
After obtaining antitrust clearance, Ameropa closed the acquisition of a 40% stake in the two Romanian agricultural distribution companies Promat and Agroind this week. The two companies complement our existing footprint in grain origination and fertilizer distribution in Romania and will add close to 1500 farmers to our existing customer base. Our partners Cristian Moldovan in Promat and Dan-Mihai Corbut in Agroind will continue to manage the companies.
