Ameropa sells Agri Négoce to Axéréal
The French antitrust authorities have approved the sale of Ameropa’s affiliate Agri Négoce to Axéréal, France's biggest grain cooperative.
The acquisition will further strengthen Axéréal’s position as the leading domestic grain retailer on the French market.
Ameropa in turn will be able to focus on its strategic investments and integrated grain and fertilizer business along the Danube countries which tie in with the core activity of the group, the international trading in grains and fertilizers.
