Ameropa signs a term loan with 9 banks for CHF 200 Mio.
Ameropa has signed a 5 year loan facility for CHF 200 Million with 9 banks – among which most prominently Credit Suisse and Unicredit - on 27 August 2014 in Basel. The facility will be used to refinance the remaining debt from the acquisition of Azomures. The loan was oversubscribed and we are very pleased at this new mark of confidence from the banks. With this loan, most of our group wide financing needs are securely in place for the next several years.
