Ameropa Acquires Inkafert, a fertilizer distributor based in Peru
Ameropa has completed its acquisition of Inka Agri-Resources S.A.C. (“Inkafert”), a bulk fertilizer distribution business headquartered in Lima, Peru. In acquiring Inkafert, Ameropa is entering into a new partnership and taking another step in its global bulk fertilizer distribution footprint and growth.
With this acquisition, Ameropa strengthens its presence in, and access to, an important agricultural market in South America, and reinforces its commitment to working closely with local teams and expertise.
