Ameropa Completes Azomures Transaction with Romgaz
Ameropa confirms the completion of the transaction between Azomures and Romgaz, following the agreement signed on 29 May 2026 and the fulfilment of the required conditions.
As of 1 September 2026, Romgaz has taken over the assets related to the production activities of Azomures, together with the relevant contracts and employees.
The completion of the transaction marks an important milestone for Azomures and provides the basis for the production activities and the people on site to move forward under Romgaz’ leadership.
