Agreement between Ameropa Holding & Vivescia concerning the sale of Interbrau GmbH
On July 16th, 2015 Ameropa Holding AG and the French Vivescia Group announced that they had entered into an agreement in principle about the sale of Ameropa’s subsidiary, Interbrau G.m.b.H. to Vivescia, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions. These conditions have failed to materialize, and the parties have therefore terminated their negotiations.
Whereas we believe that the transaction could have been beneficial to all parties involved, we are no less pleased that Interbrau will remain a member of the Ameropa Group and we shall continue to give it our full support.
