Our businesses within this division encompass the complete value chain. We produce our own fertilizer products in Australia, Romania, and China. Additionally, we are the leading seaborne trader of a wide variety of fertilizer and chemical products, including raw materials used for bulk blending or direct application purposes. Finally, we engage in local distribution and retail activities, particularly in the USA, the Danube region and Australia. Our global network and presence in key fertilizer production and consumption markets enable us to effectively and efficiently connect suppliers and customers around the world.

Our Grains & Oilseeds Division has established leading regional supply chains in various parts of the world, including Europe, Africa and Asia. In particular, we are the largest regional trader for food and feed coming out of Constanta and other Black Sea ports, and we have one of the more substantial origination and distribution networks flowing from Central and Eastern Europe into processors across Europe. We have well-established trading channels in West Africa and South Africa, as well as a strength in feedstuffs in Asia. Through a combination of global trading expertise, a robust regional infrastructure and long-standing partnerships with producers and buyers, the Grains & Oilseeds Division is well positioned to meet evolving market demands.
