Ameropa has filed a claim with the Government of the Russian Federation for damages caused to its investment in Togliatti Azot under the Swiss-Russian Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT). Ameropa considers that its rights as an investor have been infringed by a series of violations of Russian and international law and is requesting a fair and equitable treatment as foreseen by the BIT.
