Enlargement of the board of directors of Ameropa Holding AG
Ameropa Holding AG is pleased to announce that Felix Gutzwiller, Renso Zwiers and Lawrence Zacharias have joined it’s board of directors.
Felix Gutzwiller is a former member of the Swiss Parliament and serves on the board of several Swiss companies.
Renso Zwiers has recently retired from his position of CEO and COO of DSM Agro and OCI Fertilizers & Chemicals and is a former President of Fertilizers Europe.
Lawrence Zacharias is a former professor of business and law and a shareholder of our company.
